1. About Us

Skate Builder LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an online platform that allows users to design and purchase custom skateboard decks. We handle the digital experience; production and shipping are fulfilled by our third-party partners.

2. User Content

By uploading designs or artwork, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use the content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of fulfilling your orders
• You understand and agree that we may display your design on our website, in marketing materials, or on social media unless you opt out by contacting us

You are solely responsible for any content you upload. We reserve the right to remove or reject content that violates our policies, is unlawful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

Once you place an order, it is processed by a third-party manufacturer. We do not produce or ship physical products ourselves. Delivery times and quality are the responsibility of our manufacturing partners.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that:

• Violate these Terms
• Contain offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted material
• Cannot be fulfilled due to technical or production issues

4. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final once an order is submitted, unless there is a defect in the product. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

We do not offer refunds for user-generated errors (e.g., typos in custom text or uploaded artwork).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, software, logos, and the Skate Builder interface, except for user-submitted designs, is the property of Skate Builder LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for delays, product defects, or damages resulting from third-party fulfillment. Our platform is provided “as-is” and we make no guarantees beyond facilitating the design process.

In no event shall Skate Builder LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes, and continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
