All Skatebuilder software, interfaces, branding, logos, and non-user content are the exclusive property of Marplacode Studio LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Skatebuilder platform without prior written permission from Marplacode Studio LLC.
User Content
Users retain ownership of their designs and content. However, by publishing content to the Skatebuilder community, users grant Marplacode Studio LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, sell, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and commercialize such content as described in our Terms of Service.
This license cannot be revoked, withdrawn, or terminated for any reason, including account deletion or content removal requests. Marplacode Studio LLC retains 100% of all revenue and profits from any use or sale of user content.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Users agree to indemnify Marplacode Studio LLC for any claims arising from their content, as detailed in the Terms of Service.
Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)
If you believe that content on Skatebuilder infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated agent:

Subject: DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing content on Skatebuilder (with specific URLs or descriptions)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@skatebuilder.com with the same information requirements as above.
Repeat Infringers
Skatebuilder reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
