Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Each deck is custom-made and printed based on your uploaded design. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- There was a manufacturing error
We do not provide refunds for customer-generated issues such as design mistakes, low-resolution images, or incorrect content submitted during the customization process.
What to Do
To request a refund, email us at info@skatebuilder.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue and original packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the defect
Once we review your request, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If accepted, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays due to the carrier
- Customs processing times
- Lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address information.
