Skatebuilder Community Guidelines

Overview

Designs published to the Skatebuilder community may be visible to other users and may be purchased by other users. By publishing designs, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

Community Publishing

• Designs shared in the Skatebuilder community may be purchased by other users
• By publishing, you grant Marplacode Studio LLC an irrevocable, perpetual license to use, sell, and commercialize your design without any compensation, royalties, or payment to you, in accordance with the Terms of Service
• Marplacode Studio LLC retains 100% of all revenue, profits, and proceeds from sales of products bearing your design
• You cannot revoke or withdraw this license after publishing, even if you delete your account or request content removal
• Skatebuilder may price, promote, bundle, feature, modify, adapt, or discontinue products using your design at its sole discretion
• Skatebuilder may create derivative works (such as t-shirts, stickers, or other merchandise) from your design without your permission or compensation

Content Rules

• Do not upload copyrighted logos, characters, or third-party artwork you do not own
• No offensive, illegal, or infringing content
• You must own or have permission to use all content in your designs
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

Content Moderation

Skatebuilder reserves the right to remove, reject, or restrict access to any content at any time without notice. Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal or account termination.
